Kentucky Mule
A spirited twist on a classic favorite. The Kentucky Mule begins with smooth bourbon, mixed with zesty ginger beer and a squeeze of fresh lime juice over ice. The coolness of the ice complements the warmth of the bourbon, while the ginger beer adds a refreshing kick.

Pom Fizz
A sparkling burst of flavor, this vibrant cocktail blends the tangy sweetness of fresh pomegranate juice with a splash of simple syrup, all topped with crisp Champagne. Light, refreshing, and perfectly balanced.

Chimichurri marinated fresh Mahi filet char-grilled and topped with blistered tomatoes.
